BBCL has tested streamlined procedures for raising levies and debt collection, including collecting interest and associated costs for the Body Corporate, and we offer a comprehensive property maintenance and building compliance service to protect your asset & investment. On request we will promptly issue Section 36 Certificates as required under the Act.
Special Services:Every complex is different, and if services are required over and above the standard services (such as dealing with ‘leaky building syndrome’) we have the knowledge and expertise to support and advise owners through to resolution. No Additional fees will ever be charged without the prior approval of the Body Corporate.
Costs:We are happy to discuss and tailor a fee structure with you, and this fee would include an Annual General Meeting onsite if preferred, and Committee Meetings. We aspire to deliver beyond our clients expectations. BBCL charges a flat administration fee for our comprehensive services, and there will not be any surprise charges at the end of the financial year.
Accounting System:Vision. Customised Strata Management software. Sample Accounts are available upon request, including Balance Sheets, Income vs. Expenditure, Actual Vs Budgeted Expenditure and detailed expense activity. Combined with fast net internet software, we can give you a true and accurate account of where your money is at any one time and your Body Corporate financial obligations.

For existing complexes wishing to change to BBCL, there will be no additional charges incurred, in fact, we are confident there maybe a number of savings to be made. In addition we have a dedicated New Business team to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
Whilst the majority of our business involves supporting Body Corporates under the Unit Titles Act, we also act as Secretary in a range of other shared ownership organizations including incorporated Societies, Company Shares, Drainage and Sewerage Ponds, & Time Shares… If it is jointly owned, we can help!!
